Aahaar Kranti National Meet 2024, an inspiring event hosted by AIIA, New Delhi, in collaboration with the Global Indian Scientists & Technocrats Forum (GIST). Held on July 20-21, 2024, this significant gathering is part of a nationwide movement to raise awareness about the importance of a nutritionally balanced diet in India.
The event commenced with a traditional lamp-lightening ceremony and Dhanvantri Vandana, followed by the felicitation of notable figures such as Dr. Manoj Nesari, Advisor, Ayurveda, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India; Prof. BS Prasad, President-Board of Ayurveda, NCISM, Ministry of Ayush. Distinguished guests included Dr. Yelloji Rao K. Mirajkar, International Convener, GIST; Prof. (Dr.) Tanuja Nesari, Director AIIA; Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Vyas, AIIA Dean Ph.D.; Prof. (Dr.) Anand More, AIIA Dean PG; and Prof. (Dr.) Anandaraman Sharma, M.S., along with other senior faculty members of AIIA and GIST.
A highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AIIA and GIST to facilitate cooperation in creating awareness about immunity and nutrition in India through joint publications, training modules, and collaborative conferences. The two days Event Featured:
